Our work begins with the application, function, and manufacturing requirements. We develop complete product designs and provide engineering support for customer concepts, technical drawings, and reference samples.

Moulds, dies, jigs, and fixtures are developed around the component and its production requirements. Design for Manufacturability connects product geometry, material selection, tooling, and assembly.

Our metal fabrication capabilities combine CNC laser cutting, pipe bending, sheet forming and welding to manufacture individual parts and fabricated assemblies.

Jigs, fixtures and defined production methods support component positioning, fit and repeatability throughout the manufacturing process.

Our moulding and extrusion capabilities support application-specific rubber, plastic and soft PVC components.

We select the manufacturing route around the material, component geometry, operating conditions and required fit, with tooling and sample development supporting the transition to production.

In-house surface finishing connects metal fabrication with the specified coating and appearance requirements.

Our capabilities include surface pretreatment, powder coating, liquid painting, electroplating and Electrodeposit coating. The finishing route is selected for the material, application and agreed specification.

Metal, rubber and plastic components can be integrated into the agreed product or subassembly.

Assembly requirements, fitting sequence and final checks are considered alongside product protection, labelling, packing, loading and delivery arrangements.
